Refund Policy

Kindred Floral buys the freshest flowers directly from the Sydney Flower Market specially for each order, either the day of delivery or the day prior depending on the day the delivery falls. Flowers are perishable and a flowers life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans.

You can expect your flowers to last 3-5 days provided they are cared for correctly. Please see FAQ’s for flower care here.

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all flower orders are exactly as the images on www.kindredfloral.com.au. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions and you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and your order.

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know by emailing us at enquiries@kindredfloral.com.au. We will ask for photos so we can discuss the issue with the growers and/or wholesaler.

Any refunds are at the discretion of Kindred Floral and will be processed via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
